Like I said with the other picture, work on blending colours to make things look more natural. (Though I'm not a digital artist so I can't really help you with that OTL.) And I suggest that you add a bit more variation in the sky because it's just...really red. XD And there are a few lines on the tree that are sticking out unnaturally so you might want to fix that too.
